We are open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 10am - 2pm for pre-booked appointments only.

The Consulate is closed to the public on Fridays for administrative tasks.

SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are to be made using our online booking pages.
These booking pages also list the required documents. Please refer to the relevant embassy website regarding the fees for each service.
Applicants should select the service they require and a time slot.
Once a booking has been made a confirmation email will be sent including our address and a map.
Please note that if a service is not listed, or cannot be selected, it is not part of our remit.
In such cases, please contact the relevant embassy in Pretoria or VFS Global office for visa queries.
The consulate is only open for scheduled appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 10am and 2pm.
In order to avoid delays with applications we ask that scans of the relevant documents are sent through to us for review in advance of appointments being made.
The Honorary Consulate of Norway and Sweden in Cape Town offers a limited number of services on behalf of the relevant Embassies in Pretoria.
At the Consulate you will find Consular Secretary Julia Østberg O'Connor and Consul Geir Tellefsen.

Applicants will only be permitted entry with a valid booking confirmation.

Walk-ins will not be admitted.
