Appointments are to be made using our online booking pages.
These booking pages also list the necessary documents and fees for each service.
Applicants should select the service they require and a time slot.
Once a booking has been made a confirmation email will be sent including our address and a map.
Please note that if a service is not listed, or cannot be selected, it is not part of our remit.
In such cases, please contact the relevant embassy in Pretoria.
The consulate is only for scheduled appointments on Tuesdays between 10am and 3pm.
These restricted opening hours have been put in place in an attempt to minimize exposure
In order to avoid delays with applications we ask that scans of the relevant documents are sent through to us for review in advance of appointments being made.
The Honorary Consulate of Norway and Sweden in Cape Town offers a limited number of services on behalf of the relevant Embassies in Pretoria.

CURRENT COVID PRACTICES
Applicants will only be permitted entry with a valid booking confirmation and if wearing a cloth face mask.
Walk-ins will not be admitted.
In the interest of everyone's safety, family members or friends joining customers will not be permitted entry unless directly involved in the booked appointment.
Masks are to be worn for the duration of the appointment.
Customers exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, including temperature higher than 37.3 degrees Celsius, will not be allowed to enter.
